What is a GM-Admin?

Hi evrybody,
I really dont wanna seems stupid by asking this, but
i am not sure so thats why iam asking,
Is a Gm(or admin) A real player who just post in forum and control if it is all ok
Or Dose Gm do more, like making the game, fixing bugs, ...ect
I would wanna an Admin answer,

    GMs are game masters hence they are usually found in game testing and fixing some minor things, checking alleged botters and that sort of stuff. These are different from Forum Moderators known as mods. They usually don't have the special accounts the GMs have they just have Moderator powers on the forums to make sure everyone follows the rules

    GM's are basically an admin for a specific game. They admin ( or mod ) the forums, answer inquiries, run events, catch hackers, catch botters, etc.

    GM's does not ' make the game '. That's a game developer's job. Game developers are the ones who fix bugs and such.

    So yeah... if something is broken in game, please don't yell at the gm's for not fixing it as quick as you expect them to... they're not the people who are responsible for those things!

    All of the admins on these forums are Perfect World Entertainment staff members. We did not program/develop Perfect World International. We are however, responsible for the development of this community, and are essentially the line of communication between the developers and you. ;)

    A GM is a make of automobile like Ford and Chrysler. Admin is a drug similar to Advil and Motrin. One likes to drive you crazy and the other tries to take away your headaches.

    He's just joking around. No biggie.

    A lot of people complain how gm's are so ' tense '... ( meaning they don't joke around with you and stuff ) and when they do, other people complain about it. So, what would satisfy ya'll... really?

    Sometimes what is said can be misinterpreted and lead to flaming. Of course no one is going to flame an administrator even though someone might take offense to a joke. This is why I'm surprised to hear that coming from an admin. Nothing wrong with staff having fun but in my experience it's usually applied to good judgement.

    GM and Admins:
    * are employees of Perfect World Entertainment
    * care about your well-being
    * are fair, respectable individuals
    * want to make sure that everyone's stay on the forums as well as in-game is enjoyable
    * like Dark Knight
    * own pets
    * enjoy eating at different places throughout the course of the week
    * like Sichuan Cold Noodles

    GMs and Admins are NOT:
    * into shooting people down (emotionally or physically)
    * storm troopers
    * vampires
    * power-hungry fascists
    * hamsters (except when orinj becomes a hampire)

    I was a forum several years ago that was run by people who treated the place like a family circus. That was ten years ago and ever since then I've never seen a forum where the staff is that layed back. Most of the time they only appear when there's a serious topic that needs to be addressed. Some things I'm not accustomed to.
