how to turn off blinking tiger image?

I have a "Quiz" menu flashing on my screen. When I click on it, it opens an empty window. The menu cannot be moved or removed. Sometimes it appears at the top of the screen, half hidden behind the frames. But most of the time it is almost in the middle of the screen and is very annoying. I have been playing for a month and it has really tired me out. I can't find a way to turn it off. How can I remove it?
