Failure to load

I was unable to get the launcher to load, it got stuck. The repair launcher kept failing so I uninstalled to reinstall and now I can't reinstall. I may just quit like almost everyone else I know has. I may try again tomorrow but we'll see,

Yesterday there was an Arc issue. The support replied to me that today it should work without issues. I can confirm, today so far I didn't have any issues with it.0
