Glacier City Quest item broken? Void Bottle's Power

Hello everyone,

I'm having a problem with the Glacier City Fly in Pair final part quest.

I need to click on the NPC Mermaid Princess Loxie and then click the 'Void Bottle' to get 'the npc's memory'. But absolutely nothing happens when I click the bottle. This is what I've tried:

- clicking the bottle on the pop-up
- clicking bottle in inventory
- failing the quest to pick it up again
- relogging and doing it all again (4x)
- walking around the NPC, while clicking the bottle
- tried using the wish item before the bottle
- tried using the bottle before the wish item

Saying, I am stuck. I cannot trash the whole thing to start over from scratch because the quest step is remembered whenever you visit Granny Faye.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
