Bug Report: Missing Revelation points for my infant.

Like the title says, I legit am missing 1,000 points for my infant and I do not know if I screwed up or it was glitched. I just opened the infant menu and was using the stone and right when it went through and disappeared from my bag, a popup came up and after dismissing it, I noticed my 1,000 revelation points didnt register in!
