graphic issue

Can anyone help with graphic issue. Had to replace my pc, got the game download. able to play however, whenever i change the resolution, or change the screen size or access task mgr to start another client the game would crash. I cant maintain multiple clients playing. Any assistant would be greatly appreciated. Had no issue with any of this on my 10 years old pc.
