"Charge now" button gives URL error of webpage not found

When I clicked on charge now button at the bottom of each page on the PWI News page, I'd get error message "Opps!" webpage not found. I can't charge.

I saw that, too recently. I was able to charge through a different button. But that's pretty inconvenient. It must be broken.
