Nuema portal cards from heavenfall tower?

It was randomly mentioned to me in world chat one day that in the upcoming expansion (whenever we finally get it?) there will be a way to farm nuema portal cards from heavenfall tower. Does anyone know if this is true or is the only reliable way to get these still just from $750 worth of charge/spend rewards?

And if you "can" get them, is it with some actually useful % chance? Like for example you "can" get them from S packs, but the chance is so insanely low may as well say it is zero. I've opened 1000s of those packs and still not even close.

I'm always keeping up with news from China, and I haven't heard about this. The only change they've made related to S cards is the new Phoenix Valley dungeon, but it doesn't guarantee a Nuema Card drop. Any S card can drop, but we can only run the dungeon five times per day. There's a chance for an S card to drop in each run, but if you go seven runs without one, the 8th run will guarantee an S card drop.

Well, that's something. The S packs as I mentioned I've done 1000s of so they're useless. But if there's a way to get guaranteed S cards, do that often enough and you'll get NP cards eventually so that sounds interesting. Thanks for replying.

I've just been farming it from all the codes with the S chests they've been dropping, my dusk was created a year ago and has 4/6
