Assassin Life Hunter Skill

SOOOOO it was possible to disable Cleric's Seal of God white glyphe effect instead of the whole skill, why is that not possible for Assassin's Life Hunter Skill??? As only one color is/was affected too?

I get that the issue of the "exploit" is deeper and we're promised a fix later this year with a content update (whenever that gonna happen)
But how about Sin's get their main Skill back just with green Glyph disabled?

I also don't understand how PWI announces 2 weeks ago there gonna be a Chienkun Sale from Wednesday 21th August til Friday 23rd August, but because someone over there messed up (put 1 golden egg for 7 gold 50 into botique) we're now not getting any of the Sale? Just the post getting edited and the Chienkuns disappeared from the page?
