Patcher has stopped working? Error

Does anyone have a fix or reason why i get this at random times when trying to log pwi? It happens after clicking launch in ARC and sometimes goes on for multiple tries before it finally works.


Theres no definate cause for it that i have found. Sometimes its because my browser is open and just shifting focus to the browser and back to arc fixes it. Sometimes because i have a movie playing and pausing the movie or shutting it off and then launching works. Other times i close ARC and reload it and it works.
Sometimes i go days without it happening no matter what im doing.

It seems that sometimes a procedure on your computer is active, checking your files like a virus- or malware scanner. No need to close that application but it would take some time for that app to let you use Arc/PWI again.
