Cant get Apex sky 5 motely realm quest

As the title says the apex 5 questline isn't there for me. Theirs nothing in my questlog, accepted or unaccepted and the npc that i'm supposed to talk to to start it doesn't have it either. I'm Apex sky 7 now and still nothing.
