Is it possible to revert items from the Codex?

I'm guessing it's not, because money, but is there absolutely no way to revert adding fashion or whatever from the Codex? I added them, and I'm kinda regretting it because I can't transfer them to different toons on the server anymore.

No, that's rather the whole point of it, to stop players trading fashion like they used to. Catshops used to be full of fashion for sale, now there's almost none because they want you to buy it with gold instead.

Pbbb... how one-sidedly inconvenient. I guess there's no deleting these toons anymore. They can't even be put into an account stash either, eh?

(I can only predict that if there is fashion for sale at catshops, they're going to take a massive hike in inflation, because of how rare they are now. But then, I only play on the Dawnglory server these days, and thus it's the only place I look at the shops.)
