Compensation for Arc Login Issues

Well, because of weeks of Arc causing login issues, we received a code to use 1 time. Apparently, PWI thinks that this is enough compensation for what Arc has put us all through. Many guild bases are closed now due to the problem but PWI didn't think of maybe compensating guild leaders with the item to reopen the bases. Maybe including ancient gifts or dragon orbs in that code. I mean come on, couldn't PWI come up with better compensation than what we did get? I couldn't even use many of items that were given in that code. Maybe PWI could have taken a survey of what people would have liked to see included in the code if it's compensation for an issue that was out of our own control. Let the people speak and listen to us.

Not only could but should be improved, both PWRU and PWBR yield significantly more items while encountering far fewer issues. Allow me to illustrate this with an example from PWRU.

To be fat I still think this is in a position then it has been in the past. Hopefully we can expand on this.

To be fair this is the first time we've had an apology for something of this type.

I would have to question whether that's moving in the right direction or not however we can definitely see there is some progress.
