Does Magic Penetration works on Venomancer?

Anyone here could help me answering my own question? if does magic piercing could increase the damage of venomancer's damage? im having a hard time getting a good Chart

Magic penetration works by reducing the amount of magic resistance that is calculated during the damage step. So yes, it will increase all magic damage done by the Veno. Note that most fox form abilities are physical damage.
