What are some quality of life changes PWI should make?

This has been suggested many times.

Unfortunately it's been rejected by the developers several times as well. One of the reasons for this being we are one of the only versions that use these blessings.

Some sort of auto penalty for people camping in nr waiting to pk/quest block anyone doing carts. Or a pk req where you only get the pk active status if you have a cart/during ongoing events
