Who is capable of causing more damage? Wiz or Stormbringer?

in Wizard
The class change is about to arrive on my server. Currently, I play as a Psychic, but I'm not satisfied with the damage dealt. I intend to switch to Wizard or Stormbringer, but I don't know which one is capable of dealing more damage. Help me.

    Psy. Sage voodoo gives 69 att lvl. + ulti + spark... Perhaps you're doing something wrong.
