Master Apprentice Instance Bug

I completed the master apprentice instance. We got the Autumn version. The weekly opening was used up. We picked all 180 wheats. When the final one was done, we got the SUCCESS pop up, however no points were awarded, the Daily Activeness points were not given, and we were unable to reset the instance.

I submitted a ticket, and they advised my only option is to post it here.

Has anyone had the same issue and how did you resolve it?

It was just a random glitch. I havent had it happen before. I did it with other toons and it was fine. (The second set got spring/wine)
