ΣAtaraxia mana drain - how much is it?

If anyone is able to figure out the base mana per second cost of ΣAtaraxia, would be appreciated. I am not looking for the cost for the base level spell, and please factor out your mana regeneration. How to factor out your mana regeneration:

Method 1: Out-of-combat (requires manual factoring out)

• Use buffs until your mana depletes sufficiently, and over exactly a ten-second period calculate how much mana you regenerate
• Use ΣAtaraxia and pay attention to how much mana you gain/use over exactly a ten-second period. If you gain mana, subtract the ten-second mana regeneration from idle post-buffs. If you lose mana, instead add that. Then divide the final number by ten

Method 2: In-combat (requires multiple phases)

• The advantage of this method is that your mp regen is quartered in-combat
• Barrage. Pay attention to your mana use over exactly a ten-second period.
• End Barrage and attack a weak mob once your mana recovers
• Use Ataraxia, and pay attention to your mana use over exactly a ten-second period
• Barrage will have used 2183 mana over the course of its use; subtract 2183 from the first number and then subtract from this your mana use from the second. Divide by ten and this is the base mana cost of ΣAtaraxia
• For example, if you used 2083 mana over ten seconds with barrage and then used 400 mana over ten seconds with ΣAtaraxia, you would do 2083-2183, which results in -100. You would then do -100-400 for a result of -50, indicating that ΣAtaraxia uses 50 mana per second. If your resulting number is positive, you did something wrong
