Gonna avoid tagging this with patch notes for now just in case only certain users are supposed to tag things with said tag. However, figured I would do y'all the courtesy of posting the patch notes to somewhere as visible as I can make it.

I am the new PWpedia admin and I'm working hard to bring it back up to date, but it's still in extremely poor condition; however, figured I would not delay in posting them to forums where y'all can hopefully see them.
