I am having the same problem. I have only seen some info about the Skyseal quests on a Russian web site, but google translate only goes so far.

Also, I have tried to restart the Sealed Sky: Eve of Twilight quest, but I cant trash it.

Does anyone have info how to find and finish the missing quests?

I opened a support ticket about not being able to trash the quest and they said to post my question here
