Unable to collect keys

Hello,
I am just making a post following a ticket I submited after this reset on Saturday 11/4/2023. The ticket submission was because I was not unable to collect my keys. The instances keys, ex: weapon. I kept getting a message error. This was, " Incorrect Mission Time Span." Did anyone else experience this?
