It's going to be two months since you asked us for feedback and mentioned problems with this game. So far, nothing has happened. We haven't received any anniversary event. Please don't say 2x and AK is enough for an anniversary. We received a random promo that wasn't even announced. When we ask for a roadmap through tickets or express concerns like, for example, the gold rate, lack of events, zero communication from GMs/devs, and significant delays between updates - we don't get any response. to be honest when we get update they just do Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V. They don't even test an update before releasing it. People are quitting or moving to private servers. So, I guess for me and everyone, we want to hear some statement from the GMs or devs about what's going on and what's going to happen. Or else, PWI will die for a year.

what do you mean by the gold rate? if you mean gold price it will never get capped because of how the system is set up.

Standard restart and yet the servers are still down? Even later than normal
If it started at 2300 thats more than 7 hours now..

Please check your time location as this is listed as 23:00 Hours for the PDT time zone. Servers from what I can see where up slightly after your post. It really does depend on what needs to be done and the checks being completed to them being back online.

@whoknows#5293 whoknows#5293 Im still waiting feedback from the team for the questions. As im a player my self I will admit it took me a while to pass the questions over so that prob has not helped the response along with a delay because CN have had a holiday as well.

I will say I dissagree with the communication side of your comment to a point, yes its not been great but ill add when have we ever had detailed info on a server crash? Since ive been doing maint posts and we lost our CM have we had Maint Info? So from that side its better. The news posts have also been slightly better as we are getting them when they stopped for 3 months or so. Yes It would be nice to have an official PWE CM / GM and I did ask that as part of the questions so we will see whats said. It could be better tho I think that we all agree!

Anni, yer its been a little bit of a dissipoiment and there are reasons for this. We should be getting something else from what Ive been told. Im really not sure where that is tho and from my side I dont wanna say we are 100% getting something else so its a "SHOULD BE". I do not want to say we are as its not in my control. I have already given feedback on this from whats been said.

Hi Heero,
I want to point out that up until 2018 (when we lost our CM), we DID receive maintenance posts created by the GM team with basic patch notes included unless it was a simple server restart. So compared to the last 4 years, yes our communication is better the last 2 months. But compared to 7 years ago, its still worse off.

Fair point, I was thinking since we have not had a CM and ive been doing Maint posts. I will reword that point. Also a long time ago many may not even remember having a CM.

Yer, again we never got detailed server Breakdown on a crash tho. So in some cases yes. Overall the Community / Game was better supported is may be the better way to put this? Its my opinion tho.

Does this mean, they would not reschedule it to another point to when they have fixed it? Guess fixing it would be much less hassle than reprogramming something else. Since all the quest stuff and things is already in the code.

Sure no harm in asking. As I said, it contains things that will vanish with the next expansion and therefore will be unable to be acquired. Such as the Supreme Dragon Fashion set from the daily login reward department from the DRC Event.

So some feedback on this.

for the Anni event, it didnt get fixed in time, and now focus has been on expansions for devs,
we have discuss further about events to them, and they will try to make better efforts towards this.
