Answer here please, i shared so that nobody will experience the injustice that i got from you guys. Why did you remove it? I spent my times collecting gold coins then they are gone because of the game faulty, without any compensation just stay silent and only said sorry.

This PWI staff is the most incompetent game publisher ever in a history. If you are too vocal about basic stuff that should work properly/comment on the issues when contacting a support. They block you from the forum(you "can´t login") so you won´t spread more info about the issues. Stupid and self- harming team

Sorry, I ment to msg you.

Sadly private tickets can't be discussed on these forums as per the rules.
Also it had Names and e-mails in the pictures which are again against the rules.

The issue can be raised here but not with the above included. It's important we share good and bad so I'm never against it. Just within the rules.

Again, i'm gonna share this story.

It started when i felt my gold coins kept missing. At first i thought it was a glitch by the system. Because i never spent any gold coins on buying stuffs that i dont need. (I am a free player, not entirely free but i tried to be a free player, do a lot of grinds to make a better gear)
So whenever i purchase item within game using gold coins it would be for something important. That's why i clearly remember i never used any gold coins. But why did it keep missing..?


Then i sent ticket to GMs, to ask if they could track the lost gold coins. And then they found out. It was because i took the QUICKSAND MAZE DAILY. Which apparently costs you 1m Gold coins each time you take it.

Thing is, in the game it only says 1 MILLION COINS, it's not written GOLD COINS or SILVER COINS. So normally everything in game revolves with SILVER COINS. So of course i never think twice to take the quests.

Let's do the math, i've made my Penumbra Weapon from that Quicksand Maze run. Everytime i visit there i always took The Free and The Daily. Can you roughly count how much GOLD COINS SPENT on that occasion?

Clearly GOLD COINS value MORE MORE than Silver. If i had known from the beginning i would never take that DAILY Quicksand Maze.

What i thought as well of why this thing is THEIR FAULT. When they made a decision to separate COINS into SILVER and GOLD. They forgot about this QUICKSANDMAZE. That's why in game SYSTEM only SAYS 1 MILLION COINS.

Don't you think i'm the victim here? And what made me more upset and uproar. THE GMS COULD ONLY SAY SORRY THIS SORRY THAT. Man i dont need their sorry. What's needed is of how you guys take responsibility from the faulty in game. At least offer something in return if you guys said cant replace the lost gold.

Even when the server is DOWN you guys can give players event gold war avatar chest C-S with that giveaway code. At least offer something in return. Not just saying SORRY. Super useless.


What i think as well, is it maybe because i dont spend enough CASH that they just ignored my case.

**** i really wanna quit but i just love the game. Perfect World has been my mmorpg since it came in Indonesian server.
