Yesterday in Wonderland questing i got weird bug,crashed,and crash shut down my pc as well.Tried everything possible,but nothing works,when i log in,my char pop up,and than crash/shutdown!Other chars on same account/other acc can log in/play without any problems :( Anyone had something like this?I have sent ticket to support yesterday,but so far no answer,ty

    Hi, I am a new member on this forum.

    Actually there is a lot of reasons for crashing. But most of the time the problem occurs due to outdated driver and not enough memory to the PC. I dont know have you solved out the issue or not? If not then you can check out the article. Hope it will help to understand why the problem happens and how to solve it.
