I did find evidence on which event it might have been. I still have the quest for the Dragons Rise Celebration active on one character. And I found many changes throughout the years I kept it on my quest log of that particular alt. Name changed from Dreamweaver Dragon to DQ something, then later this month to "Earth Dragon". I also know what might cause a problem. Cause it says the expiration of the Event item necessary says, it expires on the 3rd of october 2022. Changing that to the planned time frame for the event can mend the issue. Also keeping an eye on the expiration from the words that you cultivate in your homestead is necessary, as they have an expiry set to them as well.

In that case it is also worth to wait for this event. Hope it gets rescheduled, it would be really nice to have again.
