The team are aware of the current issues with DA server.
And are working to fix this.
Update 08/18/23 - server is up and working. There are some login problems still however players are reporting they can't log in with some toons.
Update: 08/19/23 the team are doing an emergency maintenance to hopefully fix the issue. At this point it's not known how long this will take.
So Ive had some feedback from the team regarding this Emergency Maintenance.
Update 08/19/23 AM
The team has had to make the difficult decision to roll back the server. DA (EU)
This has had to happen to allow for the recovery of anyone who was unable to log in.
The roll back will be somewhere before Tuesdays Maintenance.
With regards this was the only option available. This point has been made very clear.
The team asked me to also apologise for this and hope to provide further detail in due course of what caused the issue.
Update:
- I understand a few people are still having issues - Please log a ticket and include any SS of any errors you are getting please.
- Ive been told if you have charged gold and its not showing on your account it will be given back to you but please wait a few hours and log a ticket if you still dont have it.

In the last 2 minutes I've had notification that they have identified the issue and are working to correct this.
At this point we do not have an ETA unfortunately but we hope to have the servers up as soon as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience during this time and appreciate your understanding.

I still can't log on, says "can't retrieve character list". Also, some people messaging saying that homesteads aren't work, and NR isn't working either. It seems we need more attention to the server ASAP.0

I'm sorry, dear developers, I can't even tell myself what kind of compensation I can come up with to make me want to play after such a situation.

I've still not been told the server is back online and working as expected.
As the server is running I'm hoping it's good news and really won't be much longer.

3x Exp, 2x Drops is great, but with no Chars to play on it still equals Zero .....hahaha0

Why only the DA server will have x2 drops? It should be activated for everyone and a rewards code for the inconvenience0

You can't be serious right? Literally no other server lost any progression or could not log in for a day (like DA). No one else except DA should get this 2x as compensation for the time we lost, and as we are speaking here, our server is still down and characters can not be retrieved. Stop crying, you were able to play the game while we still can not.0 -

I play DA server and as if 1 day without being able to log into this dead game made a difference, x2 drops on all servers would give the game a life0 -

If you play DA server then stop crying that you do not get 2x, because you are. A day makes a big difference for some people. DA already got rollbacked several hours which made people lose out on items. It's not our fault you might be lazy and not actively farm without 2x.0 -

So, yesterday problems started with logging into the DA server. I do not know the exact start time of the problems, but I cannot log into the game during the day. After authorization, I proceed to the selection of characters on DA, but I don't see any of my characters, and after a few seconds transfer the im to the authorization page.
No messages from the administration of the game. The only Heero writes in his usual manner: "I know I don't know anything. But if maybe I find out something, I'll let you know."
If we add to this the news, which by a "strange coincidence" also appeared yesterday

Update : Server is now running - Players are still unable to login and play due to no characters loading.

Update: So after they got the server up it crashed again. Sadly at this point they are currently looking for the issue but are fully awear of the issue in its current format. At this time they are not even saying Soon so I dont even want to give a time scale.
So please bear with the team as they work to resolve this issue.
On a good note It has been confirmed that DA will get some bonus EXP and Drop rate as a result of this issue. This will only be for DA (EU) at this time.
