Unable to Re-Open Faction Base

Does anyone have any idea when the Faction Base Contract will be put back in to the Boutique? I have submitted several tickets and they all just keep saying to keep checking forums.

PWI made it to where the only way to reopen the base is using the Faction Base Contract instead of being able to obtain chivalry points to reopen it. But as well all know, the only way to obtain chivalry points now is from inside the base itself.

If you check the Boutique, it looks like they put the Faction Rename Stone in there twice by accident. One being 25gold and one being 10 gold. I am pretty sure the one that is 25 gold is supposed to be the Faction Base Contract, but nobody that responds to the tickets will listen to me.

you get a contract buy spending 30 big notes, it's not the cheapest way but it's guaranteed to work

You cannot do that anymore. You can only buy the contract from the Boutique.
