Veno character, bald and unchanging fashion?!?!?!?

Just recently came back to play the game, a LOT has changed and I feel intimidated by all the stuff on the screen.. Also, why is my character completely bald and I can't change my fashion? I am looking at them in the Codex and trying to equip them on, BUT THEY DON'T SHOW. I had to buy a makeover scroll to change because I look like a complete lunatic. But I can't change anything about my fashion.

    My Character ended up bald as well in her HD graphics. I'd recommend you to uncheck the HD Mode checkbox in settings. Something with this models went wrong again. I have not tried yet to use a make over scroll to fix my hair cut, so I don't know if that is possible, but yeah HD Mode has a problem again. Most old fashion sets are not supported by HD mode to the current date.

    Also for some reason my newly made technician use the very old graphics that was implemented as a placeholder after the HD Mode launched in the Wings of Rebirth Expansion. Probably it is possible to fix this problem ourselves, as this is exactly the same problem another player i know had, which I already helped before the new expansion came and she fixed it by a clean reinstall.
