Hurling Rock Bug

After using my ‘Hurling Rock’ skill the increased damage by 30% only works on monsters and not on players at all. It’s been this way for months to be honest, but I figured that this is a bug that’s been going on. I’m sure I’m not the only one that is experiencing this issue. Can y’all please fix this problem?
