Where is the communication? (plus other suggestions)

I have been playing PWI just about since the beginning, and like most, I have watched the game slowly become less and less populated. There seems to be no communication from the GM's or dev team about the direction the game is going, about updates, or patch notes. There is no communication about upcoming server down time so it is impossible to know when a server shut down is coming, other than usual maintenance. The last "patch notes" seem to be from 2018 and most communication from the devs in the forum is from years ago as well.

I would love to see this game thrive again and I think a couple things could help a ton:

Communications from the devs or GMs about the future direction of the game, updates, bug fixes, etc.

A small amount of advertising online would bring in new players, which would mean more revenue for Gearbox. An ad or two here and there on Facebook or Instagram or wherever would surely pay for itself over and over, as well as keep the game world growing and thriving.

Exactly what is happening now.
A maintenance has started out 3 hours ago, and no updates has arrived since then.
What is going on?????

Why is no GM or moderator posting about anything?

Wished this game would have stuffs like Twitter or active staff. Seems last time PWI was active on Twitter was in 2016 KEKW

I would love to see this happen as well. Who knows what future is for PWI.

Tho the X or Twitter channel has been active as of recent.
