Missing quest item dig

When i auto track to this location circled in red to dig the "wind spirit key" for the Twilight sky chain there is no spot/target to click on to dig. Theres nothing in the air or on the ground.
Dont remember this being an issue before when i did this on a bunch of my other alts.
And no its not the dome thing. Thats some shield and not targetable

Trash the quest and redo it and you are good, sometimes the thing spawns underground accidently.
