How do I correctly set the inventory protection at login?

Since reinstalling I no longer have the inventory protection at login set.

It seems to be fixed following recent server restart.

I never used it since the standard protection (1 minute) is enough. But if you want to change it just wait until the lock (next to your character's picture) is open. Click on it and change the time.

My character does not have a lock at login. It used to but now does not.
