Anyone else having trouble with Phoenix Valley Sanctum

We did the Phoenix valley sanctum and none of the xp showed up in our book but it showed in our chat. We were in a squad of three for the valley run when we went into the sanctum, it gave us a timer as if we had been kicked from squad and wouldn't let us resquad back up then kept bouncing us in and out of the room for 4 or 5 times. Till it stopped and let us kill the toads but it showed, no xp gain in our demon book but it did show in our chat list
