I need help. new on downloading the game.

I downloaded the game because I wanted to try PWI but after downloading arc and the client it had an update and it wont finish the update. It keeps freezing. I tried multiple laptops and I even tried it on my high end gaming pc with a ryzen 7 5xxx with a 3080 It still wont finish the update and keeps freezing. anybody have a solution to it? I'm really frustrated. I just wanna play the game. What do I need to download before downloading this game? is it just buggy for 2022?

Never experienced buggyness except for the random disconnections. If you can't finish the update you could check your virus/malware scanner and firewall. Last update however was buggy. Reinstalling is the key.

got same problem, 3 times downloaded and deleted the game, it dun work, i need help too pls
