In the skills menu you have a count of spirit.
This count is reduced when you click on an arrow update to a skill.
This count is increased when you get more spirit from activities such as sign in, quest completion, monster killed.

The location of your spirit count will depend on the specific context in which you are referring to "spirit count."
Here are a few possibilities:
In a video game: Some video games have a "spirit" system that is used to track your progress or ability to continue playing. In these games, the spirit count is typically displayed on the game's main menu or in the game's user interface while you are playing.
In a religious or spiritual context: If you are referring to a spirit count in a religious or spiritual context, it will depend on the specific belief system or tradition. In some cases, a person's spirit count may be believed to represent the number of spirits they have encountered or communed with.
In a fantasy or science fiction context: In some fantasy or science fiction stories, characters may be able to collect or earn "spirits" or similar concepts. In these cases, the spirit count may be displayed on a character profile screen or in the game's user interface.
If you can provide more information about the context in which you are asking about a spirit count, I may be able to give you a more specific answer.0 -

talking of the spirit that is required to level your skills:
you get spirit by doing quests and killing mobs
you can either watch it in your skillbook (R key) where you level your skills or in your character menu (C key)0
