How about just giving us some quality game play instead of uninteresting buggy updates!

Been playing the game since Oct 2008 and yes at some points I have been having a few issue with this game. But this last Update was the worst I have seen. Made me reconsider keep playing this game at all. I even been on the edge every day to ticket for some of my money back. This is how bad it's been when you feel like you deserve a refund.

And don't give us this BS about internet is bad, etc etc. Every thing was working well and fine before this last major updates. Maybe the internet was bad a day or 2 after but not every days ever since.

Ofc GearBox is new owners, so ok you get a free pass this time. BUT word of wisdom. In 14 YEARS ! Capital letter yeah 14 year, only 1 update has ever gone down with no bugs. This last one being the Everest of disappointment and trouble.

Support telling me they see latency on my connection side from only 1 ping when the PW server return 66% packet lost on a 1k sample and my side is at 0%. Tracers returning 90ms average while in game it fluctuate from 100ms to 12000... come on... I will tell you what your support tell us. Contact your ISP and fix it.

Have some of your employees install and use the game before an update and verify the patch is gonna work fine. Get a person from china with experience and the privilege to come over and fix the stuff you have no permission to touch.

Or maybe you just don't want our money any more.

Quality, the rest will take care of itself.
