The Force Log function always appears, but it never works. Why?

If I take a DC I have to stay between 5 and 15 minutes waiting for the system to turn off the toon so I can return to the game.
The force log function always appears, but it never works. Why does Force Log never work?

    There was an account related security problem in february 2018. Arc decided to put a complex login-ticket system in place, so people could no longer log in from just the perfect world client.
    This force log option is a remnant and no longer works in international version.
    Sometimes closing arc update through task manager and reopening the program helps with speeding up the process. It's not a guarantee if it will work in all cases.
