How do I open someone ELSE'S Consignment Shop if there's not a clickable plate like the premium ones

I want to open another user's consignment shop (a cat one) but unlike the other premium ones, which have ornate plates that you can physically click one, there's no such way to click on the name of a standard consignment shop. I've double clicked the shop, used "Search for Shop" when right-clicking the player's portrait at the top of the screen, nothing seems to work.

Also, why can't I add my own tags to posts, like "consignment" or "shop" there's no results in the tags search.

    you just double click on the catshop itself... your character will walk towards it and open it up when you are near.
    never knew about the "search for shop". It seems to also open up the shop, as long you stand next to them.

    It just took about 50 seconds to open for some reason.
