Faction Menu Bug

Hello,
When I press "G" faction menu pops up normally and all the tabs in the menu work normally except the "Faction History Record" tab. When I click it the window freezes, when I click again or try any other command it closes the game. The bug appearance on all characters only in specific faction. The same tab in other factions on the same account works normally.
I did update and fix and other things to fix it, but the issue is still there during several months.
