Missing xNW rewards/No ticket support

yesterday i participated in Cross server Nation Wars and I was in Light Nation. At the end i was supposed to receive 976 supply tokens and I waited OVER 1 HOUR at the cross-server mailbox and didn't get them. I then left and waited outside the mailbox in northern archosaur for over another hour and nothing. i checked back again today and nothing. So i wanted to submit a support ticket and everytime i would try the page would load me back to the main arcgames homepage. I pay money for gold in game so as a customer whom youve guys have gotten my business countless times how will you fix this issue?

Worst case, you can email customer support using the email in my signature.

Not sure if they will compensate you or not. Hopefully the cross-server mail is just very delayed - I don't think they'll arrive in the mail outside of the cross-server.
