Instead of getting rid of it, make adaptations:
Difficulty levels. I busted my chops to reach AoS and love it. What if we can't find a full squad, depending on time players play and sky levels?
Not sure the mention is 100% or how difficult it would be to make the change. I like AoS with the exception of fails and perfectionists. Hate to see all that hard work put to waste.
