Why do people who are stronger than some others feel it is necessary to steal RS Vitae Mobs when trying to farm vitae why not just accept squad invite to share or just to help out would be much better no wonder some people get angry at them GM's how about you try to do something about them they think it's so funny just not acceptable could be classed as some form of bullying

Could also ask 'Why do people even kill Vitae Mobs?' Think the answer would be 'for the few Vitae points' or 'because it's a waste of time to do anything else'. I don't think the Terms of Service (11.2) can help you and as far as I know the only official reply we can get is 'blacklist the character'. Easier is just not to blacklist but try to find other activities in PWI. If you still wish to farm Vitae you should make a squad first so you can try to steal mobs from the lazy cash shoppers. :D

I understand it can be frustrating when someone stronger takes you pile of mobs away off you.
But its not stealing, its only taking. You cannot 'steal' what doesnt have your name on it. So its not your property.
In fact its everyone's mobs, you cannot own them.
PW is a free world, and just like in Real life it can be a hard world.

Better to just accept it, then being frustrated all the time.
And if you get frustrated, try the vitae mobs later or do something else in pwi.
Theres lots of other stuff to do!

    Have a nice day

Yes unfortunately there's not much GMs can do since it's simply coming in and killing mobs that another player is also killing. As mentioned above, there is no ownership of mobs or a place that mobs roam - anyone can come take it at any time. It's seen as rude to some (other people believe it's actually beneficial to be in the same spot as another person unsquadded, but I'm not able to understand that line of thinking) but it's not something they can be banned for or slapped on the hands for.

As for the bullying part, I believe GMs only see it as harassment if the same person purposefully follows you and causes grief during your daily quests/routine and this occurs multiple times. Even then, I'm not sure they really are helpful in those cases since I can't remember any recent cases not related to PK when PvP servers were still a thing.
