WAR Avatar S required Leadership 2? I am at 13 so why cant I use this.

I have an S card I want to replace my B card with but it is red in the bag and has a red Leadership Required 2.
I believe I am at Leadership 13.
Anyone explain this please.

    The card you will replace needs only 1 leadership so removing it will give you Leadership 12/13.

    To use the new card you need to remove another "1 leadership" card so you have 11/13 and with this enough space to put the new card in.

    You can also upgrade the leadership to 14, giving you 13/14 with the old card and 14/14 with the new "Etherblade Elder"card. :#

    Ok so by taking out 2 b cards I got 11/13 and adding my new S card got me 13/13 but now I cant have my longevity card.
    How do I get leadership to 14?
