Card bosses

Decided to try farming some card bosses for oht mats today but none of them are dropping anything. Was this an intentional removal or accidental? Bug? It has to be unintentional as the card bosses are the only way to get power material, stamina material etc. No way to craft oht gear without them.

    This was intentional and removed from game well over year ago.
