how to open ticket support for triple charged by pwi?

Hello everyone,
I am trying to open a ticket support for PWI, I did a charge in 25th June for 9.99 euro and in my Revolut wallet I found next day, 26, another 2 charging for same charging, so they got 3x9.99 euro. I can prove with screenshots. But when I am trying to open ticket support I cannot find where to open it. Strange...
Anybody can help me, please? Is any possibility to mail them without ticket?

    Below Description you should see another block named Attachments. You can click on Add file or just drop your files in that block.

    Finally I found how to send ticket, I don't know how I reached it, lol... Thank you anyway!
