Has the glitch that made no rewards given at the wedding ceremonies been fixed?

The last few wedding ceremonies I have been to, there was no reward for the guests and the bride and groom didn't get their rewards unless they screenprinted everything and submitted a ticket. My new ingame hubby and I will be having our ceremony in Phoenix Nest on May 29, 2021 and want to be sure we get our outfits and our guests get their rewards. Our ceremony is a week away and I hope to get an answer and this bug is fixed before then. Hopefully I am asking soon enough to get this handled since the bug has been going on for quite a while now and seems to be just ignored. I searched the forums for something about this but found nothing so I figured it was about time someone addressed this problem.

Again, we really want the outfits and we want our guests to receive their 'gifts" as well and would like for it to happen the correct way without having to submit a ticket. Just in case, I will make sure I have a list of the guests as well as screenshots showing what our rewards should be.

Hmm, how long ago were those last weddings? I'm thinking that the issue is with something in the public quest system (which wedding ceremonies do use) because this reminds me of the Santa event - it's also a public quest event and did not give players rewards last year.

Unfortunately if those weddings were recent I doubt the issue has been fixed. You'd have to submit a ticket to try and get it fixed but I think with the timeline it's unlikely it'd get fixed unless a major update comes next week where they happen to fix it. Definitely a good idea to document everything just in case players don't receive rewards.

I think I'll do a little research on this as well, and if I find anything I'll also send it forward in a ticket.

EDIT: Did some research using PQ2 and PQ3, and looks like those are borked in a similar way. For each step completed I had to trash the quest and retake it, but I don't know if this would work for the marriage ceremony, because you lose your contribution each time you trash. In the case of PQ2/PQ3, rewards would only come from the random contribution at the end (provided you trash and retake the quest in time) but I don't remember if marriage ceremonies give random contribution or not.

What I mainly noticed was that my quests would not progress at all and public quest objectives wouldn't show. I haven't done a marriage ceremony recently, so I'd like to ask if you experienced anything like this:

The last wedding I went to was in March or April i think of this year. The guests points show up and the standings for each guest show up while the ceremony is going on. The credits received by the bride and groom appear in system chat as well and say that they have gotten the 100 credits needed to get the max rewards. But once the ceremony is ended, the guest standings disappear and they get nothing. The bride and groom get only the temporary outfits instead of the permanent ones they are supposed to get. It also costs a lot of silver coin to make the points since you have to summon mobs to gain the maximum points for the bride and groom.

I will submit a ticket asking if this has been fixed and also make sure I have screen shots of the wedding.

It is hard to keep track and take shots while the ceremonies are going on since there is so much to do and you don't want to miss a step. This needs to be fixed with the bride and groom packs costing 30 gold each and the summons costing 6.88 mil to over 8 mil each time a mob is summoned. And the guests have to buy a corsage for 20k coins to attend, the bride and groom have to pay 67k each for theirs. It is expensive and disappointing to get to the end and get nothing for the cost of the ceremony.

same with today having issues with the points being counted, and a few previous weddings within the last few months have all glitched out. however once ticketed at the END of the ceremony b sure to screenshot the contribution confirmation, and a screenshot / list of all atendees. one time they reimbursed members with 2k points on the charge reward page, another time gave money to the groom to give to those who missed out on prizes. GL!

Our wedding glitched with the guests getting no rewards. So because they were kind enough to contribute to our celebration of marriage, I personally sent each on 2 mil coins in mail.
