Problem logging into Arc?

I'm attempting to log into Arc but it keeps timing out. Is anyone else having this problem? I can log in through edge but can't start PWI.

    I'm also having problem logging in through Arc, one of my account is accessible but other account is not. (On a side note, my post poll on forum is removed, is it removed through by some Mod? or are you just saying there a political view and not able to dicusss it? I though i am civil in the post i'm updating)

    I have been having issues all morning. I have also submitted a helpdesk ticket to Arc.

    I can't get in either. Timeout every time on both accounts.

    Arc isn't PWI so if you have any problems with Arc contact Customer Support or click on the support link, above in this screen.

    Also: logged on several times without any problems. Since no one mentioned any relevant information there is no need to help. Customer Support would likely mention the Windows 10 Update we've got this month. (hint)

    No problem here but only 1 account. Some seem to have more?

    If it's about logging in this forum: it cannot be used via the ARC software or using a direct link in a browser. Just visit another page on arcgames.com, log in and then visit this forum. At one point you will see a blue bar, meaning you need more cookies. Check the source and you will see you need to give your data to all kind of companies.

    If it isn't logging in via a browser but in the software then a process could already be running but yes, the mentioned Windows 10 update could give some problems. But not to anyone. Not sure if people use the Passport software and didn't read any information about that so I don't know if testing Passport is only for one account per computer, meaning dualclienting shouldn't be possible. But no testing here so not using Passport,
