Why is Egypt banned or still banned ???

I am from Egypt and i have been playing PWI for the past 10 + years, at 2012 the GMS decided to add Egypt to banned regions. so my account was suspended then after many tickets from a lot of players supporting their friends or Egyptians playing the game re opened old accounts with no reports against. now lately Arc made an update and i can't access it anymore or play pwi or any other Arc game.

I haven't made anything wrong to be treated like this and i wish this regional ban to be lifted.

If that is possible can it be discussed ?

Not something that can be resolved on here sadly,

Please contact support again to see if they can give any resolve to this issue.

i have sent ticket and they just said it's policy and have to be applied and there isn't any new updates regarding regional bans... they just said it is what it is and nothing will happen, i am frustrated and not sure what to do so i put it up here maybe someone can help.

If memory serves I believe that any account in use before the ban was allowed to continue playing.

Unless they have updated that info and or the account is in a different standing then they should be able to sort out the affected account. Sadly for any new accounts this will not be the case and will be subject to banned areas.
