i have Hat Of Nature(Arcane) where can i get rest of the gear already have r8 status

    That is easy. You do on daily basis flowsilver palace, and if its too slow for your taste, you can spice it up with nation war tokens. Like that you can upgrade the r8 base gear, that you acquire in thousand streams. When you use Fortification essences that you get from flowsilver it becomes to second stage. For third stage you need materials that are currently available through trials until next big update or Icebound underworld and some other instances, I believe dawnlight halls drops also some. Or you buy from other players dustfall relics, not to be confused with ultimate dustfall artifact and normal artifact, to upgrade it to the third stage. Also Dustfall Sculpt can be used to avoid the coin fee of 10mil.
