Refine Transfer

is it possible to transfer refine from 1 helm(G16) to another G16 helm(tnf) & if so where can i do it thanks in advance

    You can transfer refines only when you are upgrading a piece of gear. That can be done in the upgrade window where it asks you if you’d transfer any refines, sockets and shards. The cost will be Chienkun Stones.

    Transferring refines from one piece of equipment to a completely different piece of equipment (like two helmets that are not upgrades from eachother) is impossible.

    At PW Boutique Agent -> refine transfer, though the price is usually not worth it.
